DANISH MODERN SILVER, 6 DEMITASSE SPOONS & 2 DESSERT FORKS, MOGENSEN "CHAMPAGNE"

Description

.826 standard solid silver group of six Danish demitasse spoons and two dessert forks.  The group weighs 5.25 troy ounces, and the spoons measure 4 3/8 inches long, and the forks 5 1/2 inches long.  All are marked on the back of the handles with the two digit year of production ranging from "54" to "59" (for 1954 - 1959) below the three towers for Danish national guarantee of .826 standard and another maker's mark of an "M" within an slightly oval reserve, for O. Mogensen.  There are very fine shallow surface scratches overall, scattered tiny grey tarnish spots, some in the spoon bowls and below the tines, and slight beveled file marks at one edge of the handle tip on one fork and one spoon, otherwise in good vintage condition.
