    Description

    This is a vintage Polish Mead empty liquor bottle bearing Babunia mark. Mead (Polish means 'drinkable honey') is a Polish alcoholic beverage made by the alcoholic fermentation of honey and water. Babunia (Polish, means 'Grandmother'). This bottle was imported from Poland by the Stacole Co. of Chicago (no longer in business).
    This bottle is very nice, unique and in great condition except for some liquor stains. It is covered with some fuzzy coating that feels like velvet/peach skin.
